By visiting this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms apply to the Covenant website and waitlist, they do not constitute an insurance policy or coverage agreement, which are governed by separate written policy documents.

This site is a pre-launch information and waitlist registration page for Covenant, an AI agent liability insurance product currently in development. Nothing on this site constitutes:

• An offer or contract of insurance
• A binder of coverage
• Legal, financial, or compliance advice
• A guarantee that coverage will be available in your jurisdiction

Coverage availability, terms, and pricing are determined during the onboarding process and are subject to carrier approval and applicable regulatory requirements.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest and reserves a position for onboarding consideration. It does not:

• Obligate Covenant to offer, underwrite, or issue any product to you
• Obligate you to purchase anything
• Create an insurance or broker relationship

Waitlist positions are not transferable. We reserve the right to close or modify the waitlist at any time.

Dashboards, incident feeds, premium figures, payout amounts, timing claims, and risk grades shown on this site are illustrative examples of how the product is designed to work. They are not quotes, guarantees, or representations of actual past performance. The pricing estimator produces directional estimates based on user-supplied inputs, it is not an insurance quote.

All content on this site, including copy, design, graphics, and software, is owned by Covenant, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covenant, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information presented here. Our total liability for any claim arising from this site shall not exceed $100.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
